We have many years experience of buying and selling land for farmers, landowners and investors.
As part of our acquisition services, we provide an initial appraisal of the opportunity, advising on purchase values, identifying where capital improvements may need to be made and, where appropriate for investment buyers, provide a guide to likely rental values and other income earning potential.
We also carry out negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and can undertake detailed due diligence on the property, including identification of utility services, rights of way, wayleaves and easements; advising of property and land charges and restrictive covenants; planning history; and boundary treatments.
We also provide land and property sales services ranging from initial advisory on sale strategies and guides to values, through to full marketing and negotiation on behalf of the seller.

We always advocate the need to have documentation organised and prepared before putting a property or land to the market in order to avoid timely delays further down the line of selling a property, and we can also manage the collation of information packs in conjunction with a sellers solicitor to achieve this.
International Land Investment
We have a number of years experience of international farmland investment, having worked in Central and Eastern Europe, and Africa.
Farmland investment involves multiple factors, including appetite for risk, the time-horizons for the investment hold, ownership and occupational strategies, and the target return on the investment. We have knowledge and experience in helping guide investors according to their specific investment strategy.
We would be pleased to discuss your investment requirements further.
